Baked Garlic Sweet Potato Fries

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE sweet potatoes – fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, loaded, you name it! Here are 2 of my favorite versions that are simple and so healthy for you!

These Sweet Potato Fries & Parmesan Sweet Potatoes are both healthy & delicious!! Did you know sweet potatoes are healthier when they are baked in the oven? According to LIVESTRONG, baked sweet potato fries give you 22% of your daily vitamin A serving! These fries also provide you with 4% of your daily vitamin C serving!

BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES

Directions:

Besides being SUPER healthy, these fries are very easy to make. All you need to do is line your pan with aluminum foil and spray the pan with cooking spray. Then chop your fries into rectangles (or fry shapes) and place into a bowl. Next, put a few tablespoons of olive oil. Then sprinkle on garlic, salt and pepper. Mix. Then spread the fries on the pan and pop them in the oven. Cook the fries for about 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees. Let them cool and ENJOY!!

Baked Garlic Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Line your pan with aluminum foil and spray the pan with cooking spray.
  2. Then chop your fries into rectangles (or fry shapes) and place into a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients
  4. Spread the fries on the pan and pop them in the oven.
  5. Cook the fries for about 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees.
  6. Let them cool and enjoy!

Directions:

These bite size sweet potatoes are also very easy to make!  All you need to do is line your pan with aluminum foil and spray the pan with cooking spray.

Next, chop your fries into bite size square and place in a zip block bag.

Then in the bag put a few tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tbsps of garlic salt, 2 tbsp of chopped parsley and 2 tbsp butter. Then sprinkle on salt, pepper. Mix. Then spread the fries on the pan. Sprinkle on about 4 tbsp of parmesan (or more if you love cheese) and pop them in the oven.

Cook the fries for about 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees. Let them cool and ENJOY!!
