First rinse and wash off 1.5 cups of blueberries.
Use one container of Greek Yogurt. Whatever brand you choose is great! I tend to stick to plain greek yogurt for it’s health benefits and like I’ve said before, if you don’t like the tart taste, all you need is honey!
Add in 1 cup of Almond Milk. Start up your blender and you will soon have your Blueberry Blast Smoothie!
Oh, and I almost forgot, make sure you don’t knock your Smoothie over after you make it!
