Dairy Free Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie

Who doesn’t love drinking a fresh smoothie in the morning to start your day right!? I even enjoy having a smoothie during lunch time or mid afternoon for an easy snack. This dairy free smoothie is super easy to make and prep ahead of time.

INGREDIENTS:

– 7 to 8 ice cubes

-1 cup of Almond Milk

-1/3 cup of oats

-1 cup of strawberries

-1/2 cup of raspberries

-1/2 cup of blueberries

-1 orange (squeezed)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add 7-8 ice cubes

2. Add 1 cup of Almond Milk

3. Add 1/3 cups of oats

4. Add the fruits

5. Squeeze the orange

6. Blend together


7. ENJOY!!
