Happy #Manic Monday, Everyone! Kristina and I just returned from Nashville for her bachelorette party so we are in some need of a refreshing #ManicMonday detox drink! Check this one out below… it’s great!
These are the spearmint leaves that I use from our family garden. I used about 10 leaves to give the water a sweet taste. It adds the perfect amount of “natural sweetness” and the best part is that you don’t need to add any sugar!
Next, add about 10 cucumber slices. I like to make the slices a little bit ticker so they don’t get soggy in the water. Also, leaving on the skin adds nice pop of color! (These are also from my garden… we have so many!)
Slice up 1.5 lemons
Mix all together in a pitcher, add some ice, and Enjoy! Happy #ManicMonday!
