Good Morning Greens

Spinach is low in fat and even lower in cholesterol. Spinach is high in Vitamin C, fiber, iron, potassium, and PROTEIN! If you are ready to drink something green first thing in the morning, this is for you. The great thing about this smoothie is that there are some delicious summer fruits in the recipe to help with the “earthy” flavor of spinach.

One of my favorite things about my family kitchen would have to be the #fiestaware bowls! These Americana classics brighten up any morning and compliment every dish or meal you are preparing.

Wash off 2 cups of spinach. (You can measure it out or do about 2 hefty handfuls)


Chop up o.n.e. banana.


Wash and cut e.i.g.h.t. strawberries.


Wash and prep 1 cup of blueberries. (You can measure it out or use 2 big handfuls.)


These ingredients are ready for the KitchenAid blender!

I love the complimentary color play with the fruits, veggies, and FIESTAWARE!


Toss your ingredients into the blender and add 2 hefty splashes of Almond Milk. This is my favorite brand. It’s the best for anyone that is Soy Free, Gluten Free, or Dairy Free!

*Another tip, if you don’t like the taste or you can’t find that healthy green color… keep adding little handfuls of spinach and remember, a little honey goes a LONG way!
