Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night because of a terrible leg cramp? Well, I did last night. It was the worst, I can still feel it! Since today is a smoothie day, I needed to find some foods high in potassium because I thought that might help prevent another leg cramp (hopefully). Spinach and bananas are the two ingredients for this smoothie!
First, use ONE banana. If you don’t like the taste of spinach (it’s a super earthy green taste, kind of bitter), I recommend using TWO bananas.
Take a large handful of spinach. Drop both in the blender with some ice cubes and ENJOY!
