Monday- Friday Smoothies

First, I want to show you some of my “Smoothie Extras“. I add these into smoothies that need a little more protein or sweetness. There are many different types of honey you can use to add some extra taste to you smoothies below you will find a few of my favorites!

Here is my go-to protein for smoothies. Add this if your smoothie needs a little more texture.

How to being your Monday-Friday Smoothie Prep:

Start by creating your bags for the week.

Monday Morning:

  Bananas

Spinach

Kiwi

Tuesday Morning:

Peaches

Nectarines

Wednesday Morning:

Apples

Bananas

Thursday Morning:

Blueberries

Peaches

Friday Morning:

Strawberries

Place all of your smoothie ingredients into the designated bag:

Make sure you zip the bags tight and now add them to the larger freezer bag (this will help prevent any bad taste from the freezer) Toss your bag in the freezer and you are set for the week!
