This morning when I was looking around my kitchen for different fruits for my smoothie, I noticed a couple that I couldn’t let sit there another day. I had a couple strawberries, some bananas, and a peach that needed to be used up. I am so happy I had those three to use today because, so far, this was my favorite morning smoothie!
First, I peeled and cut up one banana.
Then, I washed and cut up a handful of strawberries AND one peach.
Last, add all the fruit in a blender. I put 3 ice cubes in just to keep it nice and cold on this muggy morning. This smoothie did not require any yogurt or milk! Enjoy!
